1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ironbridge Digital Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Ironbridge Digital Studio provides bespoke web design, development, and related digital services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Project Proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

■ A non-refundable deposit is typically required before work commences, as detailed in your project proposal.
■ Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before the website goes live or source files are handed over.
■ Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final website design and content provided by the client. Ironbridge Digital Studio retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary text content, images, and other materials required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Revisions and Changes

Projects include a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope after sign-off will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ironbridge Digital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any failure of the website to perform.
